The Group intends to enter into the Real Estate sector – focused on developing suitable real estate for the Luxury Retail industry. Such real estate will cater to the Group’s internal needs and will also be targeting other Luxury Brands – who in India find that Real Estate is their single largest difficulty as on date, due to the fact that suitable real estate for Luxury is not available anywhere outside the Deluxe hotels. |
