Established in 1998 in Chennai, India, the SPA Group was started with a single track business strategy for setting up Retail for Luxury Brands in India – more aptly “Specialty Retail” – with the beginning having been made with the launch of Swarovski into the country. After a very successful launch for Swarovski, the Group then expanded its Brand portfolio over the years and is currently the exclusive business partner for a number of world renowned Luxury Brands such as Lladro, Christofle, Villeroy & Boch, etc.

Through its various subsidiaries and sister companies, the Group is now present with its Retail and Logistics setup in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai – making the Group one of the best established pan-country organizations in Specialty Retail. It is also a part of the Group strategy to operate all its Retail Operations directly – for the primary purpose or managing and maintaining high standards of in-store experience for its customers.

Strategically, the Group started by remaining focused on the Home & Object space and is now expanding its portfolio into Fashion & Accessories, high end Foods and Consumables, and, Entertainment.
