Each person in the Group is aligned to the Group Vision and strategy so as to ensure that the actions of all individuals are aligned to the same goals and objectives.
Given that our customers are all in contact with our Retail Stores, we place the Store Management Teams on top of our Organization. The offices therefore act as “Support Services” to the Stores rather than “Managing” the stores. This philosophy therefore enables our In-Store Management to take independent decisions as they deem fit to ensure that customers are given decisions quickly and most suitably based on each customers unique expectations.
